Urban Corps is Now Hiring and Enrolling in our Charter High School!

Are you 18-26?

Need your high school diploma?

Looking for a job?

Corpsmembers earn a paycheck working four days per week (24 paid hours/week earning minimum wage) and attend our onsite school one day per week to earn a high school diploma.

You will learn professional skills working on environmental, construction, landscaping and community improvement projects and have a chance to earn industry-recognized certifications.

Our high school is accelerated and focuses on credit recovery. Breakfast and lunch are provided. Class sizes are small, graduations are held two times per year, and assistance is provided with resumes, job placement and transition to college.

What happens after the Corps?

Our staff work with graduates and employer partners to help place you in a job and/or enroll in school. On average 70% of our graduates have a job within 3 months of exiting the program.

"Wanted you to know that Hilary is really loving Urban Corps, both the school and the work program. She gets up every morning at 5 am and does things like iron her uniform or finish her homework. It is really changing her life and I wanted to say thank you. It is truly making all the difference. She is like a completely different person now, and I see her confidence building daily when she gets home in the afternoon. Thank you, thank you!"
